Choose either a package of 12 x 12 cardstock (with 25 sheets in a variety of colors) or a package of beautiful handmade 8 x 8 papers (8 sheets of textured handmade papers). This Harrisburg location promises to be an annual event! Located in downtown Harrisburg and connected via an enclosed walkway to the Strawberry Square Shopping Complex and Whitaker Center (childrenís educational facility), there are tons of very nearby shopping opportunities. You can slip away and take care of any holiday shopping needs. Return home with completed scrapbook pages AND your holiday shopping completed!! Just across a foot bridge, youíll find City Island with nature trails, a baseball stadium and a family playground - It's the perfect vacation for croppers and their families.

In the thriving heart of historic Harrisburg, just three blocks from the State Capitol Building- The Hilton Harrisburg and Towers is one of the most convenient yet elegant places to stay while visiting Harrisburg. The hotel guest rooms feature up-to-the-minute amenities including dual line telephones with data ports and voice mail. The hotel houses three restaurants and a fourth summer restaurant- The Golden Sheaf, Raspberries, and The Market Square Cafe that offer a wide range of dishes to suit every taste. When it is time to relax, The Bar offers the right environment for a favorite beverage. The Outdoor Grill offers outdoor patio seating with the best of grill cuisine from months June and September.
Parking is available in the hotel garage. Overnight guests pay $10/day with unlimited exits and commuters pay $5/day.
Area Attractions
The area's many attractions are easily accessible including historic Gettysburg Battlefield, Hershey Park, Hershey Arena and the Home of the Pennsylvania Dutch and famed retail shopping mall outlets, Lancaster County. There is a unique retail complex with more than 50 specialty shops and restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

Enjoy a grand selection of food while you crop with us! Some menu items are subject to change (at the discretion of the hotel staff). Buffet meals included in your package will be served in Raspberries Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Meal tickets will be provided with your registration materials. Your meal ticket will be collected for each meal and is all you need to enjoy a fabulous buffet!
The following meals (gratuity and service charges) are included with your registration fee (depending on the chosen package):
Friday Lunch (11:30am - 1:00pm) - A huge selection of salads, including spinach, mixed greens, tuna and chicken, grilled vegetables, pasta salad, fresh mozzerella and tomato, peel-and-eat shrimp and more; New England Clam Chowder, housemade Zuppa di Giorno, Chef's Rotisserie of roasted and grilled selections, hand-carved, from pork, beef or leg of lamb; Dessert items to include a variety of cakes, pies, pastries and frozen yogurt with assorted toppings; and hot and cold beverage choices.
Friday Dinner (5:30pm - 8:30pm) - Homemade Soups; A bountiful selection of salads to include mixed field greens with a selection of toppings and dressings; Fresh baked bread basket with sliced breads and rolls; Carved Roasted Prime Rib of Beef; Seafood Au Grautin (a selection of seafood with mushrooms in a cream sauce, topped with an herb crust); Breast of chicken Cacciatore over a bed of ratatouille; mashed potatoes with abundant toppings including carmelized onions, bacon, sour cream, fried onions, truffle oil, butter, shredded cheese; fresh begetables; dessert selection from bakery shop/ fresh fruit; warm fruit cobbler; and beverage choice of freshly brewed coffees, iced tea or soft drinks.

Sunday Breakfast (9:30am - 11:00am) - Selection of fresh juices; Assorted cold cereals with milk; hot oatmeal; Freshly cut fruit; fresh baked pastries including bagels with cream cheese speads; fruit breads with assorted butters, preserves and honey; scrambled eggs; bacon and sausage; country breakfast potatoes; Selection of gourmet coffees and exotic teas.

Classes
Each Crop Classix event offers a variety of classes for beginners and advanced scrappers alike! The class schedule will be finalized and posted for registration about 30 days prior to the event. Weíll send an email to all registered attendees when the class scheduled is finalized and ready for registration. Samples of the class layouts and/or projects will be displayed at the event. We have a great line-up of vendors and products! Please feel free to contact any of the vendors directly for specific product requests or further information. Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 30 days of the event.

Please Note: A $50 deposit is necessary to hold your designated cropping space. The balances for these later registrations will be due on the dates set forth in a confirmation acknowledgement via email.
Registration
• All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences.
