Friday Continental Breakfast (6:30am - 10am): Bagels, Toast with accompaniments of butter, jams and cream cheese; fruit; An assortment of cereals; danish, donuts and assorted pastries; Oatmeal; Assorted fruit juices and coffee and hot tea selections.
Friday Lunch Buffet: (11:30am - 1:00pm): Soup du Jour, Tossed salad greens with assorted toppings and dressings; homemade chicken salad and tuna salad; cole slaw; pasta salad; an assortment of sliced deli meats including roast beef, ham and smoked turkey breast; a variety of cheese including American, Swiss and Provolone; An assortment of gourmet breads and rolls; Relish tray with pickles and a variety of condiments and sandwich toppings; Assorted desserts; freshly brewed coffee, decaf and tea; and fountain soft drinks.

Classes/Make and Takes
WE ARE TRYING SOMETHING NEW! Instead of the scheduled classes, we are moving to a variety of Make and Take projects provided by Vendors throughout the weekend. Samples of the Make and Take projects will be available along with a signup sheet. Vendors will offer the Make & Takes throughout the weekend, either complimentary or for a reasonable fee based on the size of the project and materials included.

Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 30 days of the event.

The balances for these later registrations will be due on the dates set forth in a confirmation acknowledgement via email.
Registration
• All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences.
