Classes/Make and Takes
WE ARE TRYING SOMETHING NEW! Instead of the scheduled classes, we are moving to a variety of Make and Take projects provided by Vendors throughout the weekend. Samples of the Make and Take projects will be available along with a signup sheet. Vendors will offer the Make & Takes throughout the weekend, either complimentary or for a reasonable fee based on the size of the project and materials included.

Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. All Packages include: FREE parking, complimentary Crop Classix shopping bag (with a few goodies from vendors) and lanyard, opportunities to win daily door prizes and Grand Prizes, unlimited use of Crop Classix tool inventory, as well as all hotel amenities, service charges and taxes.
Please Note: Standard Rooms (with or without an ocean view) offer a King bed and a double sleeper sofa for double, triple or quadruple occupancy packages. Single Occupancy rooms offer a king-sized bed.
Cots are available for an additional fee upon request.
We have a limited number of townhouse suites available. (These suites are located at the other end of the hotel and require a bit of walking to get to the cropping room, but offer a roomy option for larger groups.) Each suite features ocean views and sleeps 2-6 people. The first floor offers a living room, kitchenette and breakfast bar, full bath, and a double sleeper sofa. The second floor provides an open loft with 2 double beds and an additional bathroom. This package offers a significant upgrade to your accommodations and is perfect if you are interested in bringing your family or sharing space with a larger group.

Please Note: A $50 deposit is necessary to hold your designated cropping space. Any and all balances are due at least 60 days prior to the event, or at the date indicated in the confirmation letter or email. As long as seats are available, we will continue to accept registrations up to 3 days prior to the event. The balances for these later registrations will be due on the dates set forth in a confirmation acknowledgement via email.
Registration
• All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences.
