The ACE Conference Center offers all of the ambiance and amenities essential for comfort, relaxation and renewal. Each guest room offers new custom-made pillow topped mattresses and an outdoor balcony or patio to admire the view! Standard guest rooms include color cable tv with stereo sound and on-demand movies, a Dream machine with CD player, hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror and terry bathrobes, mini refrigerators and coffee maker with coffee and hot teas.
There is an 18 hole golf course on site, fitness center and a game Parlor with ping pong, pool and air hockey. Outdoor activities include: tennis courts (2 lighted for evening play), volleyball court and walking/jogging paths.

Area Attractions
If time permits, you may wish to even more of what the area has to offer. Located just 12 miles from Center City Philadelphia and historic sites of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and/or Betsy Ross House. There are a myriad of museums to pique anyone's interest - Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Philadelphia Zoo, the Franklin Institute of Science Museum, and the Pretzel factory to name just a few. Valley Forge National Historic Park is about 10 miles away. See where George Washington camped with his troops in the winter of 1777 or take advantage of the miles of trails for hiking, biking and skating. Evening provides a guaranteed time to see the deer grazing at sunset. Shopping opportunities are plentiful from unique shoppes and boutiques of Manayunk to the King of Prussia Mall - the largest shopping mall east of the Mississippi with 370 stores and 40 restaurants!

With Wolfgang Puck Catering handling all food and beverage services, we offer seasonal menu selections with daily variations. Items feature fresh, quality ingredients with vegetarian options, superfoods, and healthy selections.
The following meals (including all services charges, taxes and gratuities) are included in your chosen package:
- Continuous Beverage Breaks (all day beverage service with soft drinks, juices, water, coffee, decaf., and a selection of hot teas) daily.
- Continuous Food & Beverage breaks (7am5pm) with the beverage reach in cooler left open until 9pm. The food changes throughout the day starting with the breakfast and ending with the expanded afternoon break.
Friday Arrival Reception (7:00pm9:00pm): Chef's choice of two hot hors d'oeuvres; Assorted pizzas; fresh vegetable display; Assorted cheeses and crackers; cookies; brownies; selection of hot and cold beverages.

Classes/Make and Takes
There will be a variety of Make and Take projects and product demonstrations provided by Vendors throughout the weekend. Samples of the Make and Take projects will be available along with a signup sheet. Vendors will offer the Make & Takes throughout the weekend, either complimentary or for a reasonable fee based on the size of the project and materials included.

Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 30 days of the event.

Please Note: Standard Rooms offer two double beds for double, triple or quadruple occupancy packages. Single Occupancy rooms offer a king-sized bed.

Please Note: A $50 deposit is necessary to hold your designated cropping space. Any and all balances are due at least 60 days prior to the event, or at the date indicated in the confirmation letter or email. As long as seats are available, we will continue to accept registrations up to 3 days prior to the event. The balances for these later registrations will be due on the dates set forth in a confirmation acknowledgement via email.
Registration
• All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences.
