Comfort and service is a priority for Holiday Inn Inc. Parking is abundant and complimentary for hotel guests. There is an indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as a solar heated outdoor pool (in season). The fitness facility is equipped with cardio equipment, so bring along your fitness clothes is that suits. Guest laundry and dry cleaning services are on-site and the business center is open 24 hours with computers and printers available to keep in touch while away from home. This hotel is pet friendly. For a fee of $25 you won't have to leave your canine companion at home!!

For those who are interested in area attractions, Amish country and HersheyPark and spa are nearby. There are state parks, walking trails, golf courses and shopping opportunities within minutes of the hotel. Popular factory tours around York include: Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Wolfgang candy factory, Snyder's of Hanover, and a number of local wineries.

Friday Lunch (12:00pm - 1:00pm): Seasonal salad with an assortment of dressings; Soup de Jour, Ham and smoke gouda wrap; Turkey and Provolone wrap; Italian sandwich wrap; Turkey salad; California chicken salad; and Marinated Veggie sandwich wrap; potato chips; pasta salad; homemade cookies; Fudge brownies; and Choice of hot and cold beverages.

Friday Dinner (6:00pm - 7:00pm): Tossed garden salad with a variety of dressing options, toasted croutons, bacon bits, Cheddar cheese and red onions; Warm dinner rolls with butter; Chef's Soup of the day; Grilled London broil with mushroom wine sauce; Baked Salmon Burre Blanc; Scalloped potatoes, Green Beans Almondine; Double Chocolate cake; Peanut butter pie; Cheesecake with Cherries; and choice of hot and cold beverages.

Saturday Lunch: (12:00pm - 1:00pm): Caesar salad; garlic breadsticks; tomato mozzarella salad with pesto; marinated vegetable salad; sauteed zucchini and tomatoes; Baked meat lasagna; Chicken and Penne Alfredo, Parmesan cheese; Tiramisu; and choice of hot and cold beverages.

Saturday Dinner (6:00pm - 7:30pm): Tossed garden salad with a variety of dressing options, toasted croutons, bacon bits, Cheddar cheese and red onions; Warm dinner rolls with butter; Chef's Soup of the day; Roast pork loin with onion demi glace; Garlic Shrimp and Scallops marinara with fetticini; Baked country bread stuffing; Sauteed sugar snap peas with mushrooms and red peppers; carrot cake; Key Lime Pie; Warm Apple cobbler; and choice of hot and cold beverages.

Sunday Breakfast (9:00am - 10:00am): Assorted fruit juices; Scrambled eggs; Crisp bacon; Country sausage; Warm French Toast with syrup; Buttermilk pancakes; a variety of yogurts with granola; Assorted cold breakfast cereals with milk; Sausage gracy wtih biscuits; and choice of hot and cold beverages.

There will be a variety of Make and Take projects provided by Vendors throughout the weekend. Some classes may be announced at the event. Samples of Make and Take projects will be available along with a signup sheet. Vendors will offer the Make & Takes throughout the weekend, either complimentary or for a reasonable fee based on the size of the project and materials included.

We have a great line-up of vendors and products! Please feel free to contact any of the vendors directly for specific product requests or further information. Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 60 days of the event.
