The Penthouse Ballroom (where the event will be held) sits atop the Grand Hotel, on the fifth floor with stunning views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the best view from a scrapping room that we've encountered thus far!

For those who are interested, historic Cape May features a number of exciting year-round attractions, including the Emlyn Physick Estate, Historic District Trolley Tours, The Cape May County Park and Zoo (with free admission and open year round from 10am - 4pm). The zoo is a great way to get some exercise and stretch your legs. The is gorgeous!

Enjoy a grand selection of food while you crop with us! Some menu items are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel staff. The following meals (including all services charges, taxes and gratuities) are included in your chosen package:
Friday Lunch Buffet - (11:30am 1:00pm) Soup du Jour; Seasonal fresh fruit
display; Potato Salad; Homemade Egg Salad; Pasta Salad; Cole slaw; Build
your own sandwich bar with assorted deli meats, a variety of cheeses, and
sandwich toppers with appropriate condiments; Assorted breads and sandwich
rolls; bread pudding; Cookies; Brownies; Choice of hot and cold beverages.
Friday Dinner Buffet - (5:30pm 7:00pm) The Victorian Salad consisting of
baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber with hearts of Palm; Three bean salad, Filet
of salmon topped with dill sauce, Lemon Pepper Chicken, Oven Roasted
Potatoes, Glazed baby carrots, Chef's choice of desserts; choice of hot and
cold beverages.
Saturday Lunch Buffet - (11:30am 1:00pm) Soup du Jour; German Potato
Salad; Vegetable Salad; Hot Roast beef with gravy; Southern Fried Chicken;
Barbecued Pulled Pork; Vegetable Lasagna; Assorted rolls; Chef's choice of

Sunday Breakfast - (9:00am 10:30am) Fruit juices, fresh fruit compote,
assorted cold cereals, hot oatmeal, "Eggs Anyway" (omelets, benedict,
western, scrambled), home fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffles, french
toast, quiche du jour, cheese blintzes, cream chipped beef, biscuits and
sausage gravy, assorted bagels, muffins and danish, milk, tea and fresh
brewed coffee.

Classes/Make and Takes
There will be a variety of Make and Take projects provided by Vendors throughout the weekend. Some classes may be announced at the event. Samples of Make and Take projects will be available along with a signup sheet. Vendors will offer the Make & Takes throughout the weekend, either complimentary or for a reasonable fee based on the size of the project and materials included.

Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 60 days of the event.

Carmen offers a wide variety of soothing massage treatments including Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Paraffin Wax treatments for hands and feet. Table treatments will be in a private parlor suite in the evening hours. Chair massage will be available in the cropping room in the afternoon and early evening hours. Please Note: Standard Rooms (with or without an ocean view) offer a King bed and a double sleeper sofa for double, triple or quadruple occupancy packages. Single Occupancy rooms offer a king-sized bed. Cots are available for an additional fee upon request.
We have a limited number of townhouse suites available. (These suites are located at the other end of the hotel and require a bit of walking to get to the cropping room, but offer a roomy option for larger groups.) Each suite features ocean views and sleeps 2-6 people. The first floor offers a living room, kitchenette and breakfast bar, full bath, and a double sleeper sofa. The second floor provides an open loft with 2 double beds and an additional bathroom. This package offers a significant upgrade to your accommodations and is perfect if you are interested in bringing your family or sharing space with a larger group.

Please Note: A $50 deposit is necessary to hold your designated cropping space. Any and all balances are due at least 60 days prior to the event, or at the date indicated in the confirmation letter or email. As long as seats are available, we will continue to accept registrations up to 3 days prior to the event. The balances for these later registrations will be due on the dates set forth in a confirmation acknowledgement via email.
Registration
• All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences.
