The Penthouse Ballroom (where the event will be held) sits atop the Grand Hotel, on the fifth floor with stunning views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. YOu'll see the sunset each evening and enjoy the soothing presence of the rolling surf just outside the windows of the cropping room.

Enjoy a grand selection of food while you crop with us! Some menu items are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel staff. The following meals (including all services charges, taxes and gratuities) are included in your chosen package:
Friday lunch (11:30am - 1:00pm) - Soup of the Day; Seasonal fresh fruit tray; potato salad; pasta salad; cole slaw; Vegetable lasagna; Assorted deli meats; toppings to include lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles; variety of condiments;assorted breads and sandwich rolls; potato chips; Chef's choice of assorted desserts;and assorted sodas.
Friday Dinner (5:30pm -7:00pm) - The Victorian Salad including baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber with hearts of palm; potato salad; Pasta Primavera; Lemon Pepper Chicken; Roasted pork tenderloin; Rice Pilaf; Fresh steamed vegetables; Chef's choice of dessert items; and Iced Tea and lemonade.
Saturday Lunch (11:30am - 1:00pm) - Tuscan bean Minestrone soup; classix Caesar salad, Tri-colored tortellini salad; chicken breast parmesan; sausage and peppers; pasta station with Alfredo and Marinara sauces; mini Italian rolls and garlic bread; Chef's choice of assorted desserts; and a variety of sodas.
Saturday Dinner (5:30pm -7:00pm) - Caesar Salad; Fresh fruit; Beef Stroganoff; baked salmon with dill sauce; Chicken Marsala; Red skinned mashed potatos; glazed carrots; Chef's choice of dessert items; and Iced Tea and Lemonade.
Sunday breakfast (10am - 11:30am) - Fruit juices, fresh fruit compote, assorted cold cereals, hot oatmeal, "Eggs Anyway" (omelets, benedict, western, scrambled), home fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffles, french toast, quiche du jour, cheese blintzes, cream chipped beef, biscuits and sausage gravy, assorted bagels, muffins and danish, milk, tea and fresh brewed coffee.

Classes
Each Crop Classix event offers a variety of classes for beginners and advanced scrappers alike! The class schedule will be finalized and posted for registration about 60 days prior to the event. We will send an email to all registered attendees when the class scheduled is finalized and ready for registration. Samples of the class layouts and/or projects will be displayed at the event. We have a great line-up of vendors and products! Please feel free to contact any of the vendors directly for specific product requests or further information. Most of the vendors offer an "honor system" so you can shop around the clock! Vendors will be added to this list as we approach the event date. The vendor list should be considered complete within 60 days of the event.

All Packages include: FREE parking, complimentary Crop Classix shopping bag and lanyard, opportunities to win daily door prizes and Grand Prizes, unlimited use of Crop Classix tool inventory, as well as all hotel amenities, service charges and taxes.
Please Note: Standard Rooms offer two double beds for double, triple or quadruple occupancy packages. Cots are available for an additional fee upon request. Single Occupancy rooms typically offer a king-sized bed.
We have a limited number of townhouse suites available. (These suites are located at the other end of the hotel and require a bit of walking to get to the cropping room, but offer a roomy option for larger groups.) Each suite features ocean views and sleeps 2-6 people. The first floor offers a living room, kitchenette and breakfast bar, full bath, and a double sleeper sofa. The second floor provides an open loft with 2 double beds and an additional bathroom. This package offers a significant upgrade to your accommodations and is perfect if you are interested in bringing your family or sharing space with a larger group.

All registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each cropper must complete an individual form. Roommates should register at the same time to guarantee registration and seating preferences. Be sure to carefully read and review the Crop Classix Event and Cancellation/Refund Policies prior to registering. Your registration serves as confirmation that you have read and understand our policies.
